Located a short 40-minute drive from Asheville, this weekend escape is for women seeking a yoga & wellness retreat for self-care, personal growth, and fun. Throughout this weekend retreat, you’ll receive individual attention from two seasoned teachers, Ruth and Rachel, who are both equally devoted to your growth, your comfort, and your experience.     Our most affordable and coziest option! Wheel of Bliss features dorm-style rooms with comfy bunk beds and soft linens. Come with a friend or two or we’ll match you with people. Summer camp vibes, perfect to welcome the arrival of Spring!

    Our semi-private or private option. There are two private rooms available that share a bathroom. One room has two twin beds, the other has a queen.

Who We Are

Rachel Zitin

Rachel is a retreat leader, yoga instructor, writer, and embodiment coach, based between Asheville and Rome, Italy.

She has completed over 350 hours of training in Hatha/Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial Release. She brings warmth, wisdom, and a reverence for beauty to everything she offers—from women’s circles and 1-on-1 coaching to yoga classes and luxury retreats.

Her obsession with somatics and the mind/body connection inspire her classes and her leadership. In addition, she loves to write and reflect on everything from living as an expat to the long-standing connection between Italy and the global wellness movement.

Ruth Ingram

Ruth got certified as a yoga teacher in 2013 and has been teaching regularly ever since.

With over 500 hours of teacher training and thousand of hours of study and practice, Ruth lives and breathes everything yoga.

Her studies include 500 hr at Asheville Yoga Center, Sivananda Yoga, 300-hr with Carolina Wybar, and additional sequencing training with Jason Crandall, Rocky Heron and Gillian St. Claire.

Ruth teaches a variety of classes including hot and warm power flow, yin and restore and slow flow. Her style is energizing and motivating. She teachings creative sequences with heart opening themes often connected to yoga philosophy. 

With a combined 20+ years of teaching experience, Ruth and Rachel bring together deep knowledge, heartfelt presence, and a whole lot of FUN.

Ruth has been teaching yoga in Asheville for nearly a decade. Rachel, an Asheville native, has guided over 25 retreats, domestically and internationally.

They met at a local Asheville studio and instantly bonded over their shared love of yoga, genuine connection, laughter, and lively conversation. What began as friendship quickly evolved into a powerful teaching partnership.

Their shared approach to yoga centers on play, joy, adventure, and meaningful community. Expect soulful practices, thoughtful guidance, spontaneous laughter, and space to truly be yourself.
