  • Somatic Coaching

    Body-Oriented coaching refers to a series of techniques, trainings, and practices that are future-focused, person-centered, and allow your body’s inherent wisdom to shine through.

    Using your body and it’s inherent intelligence, I want to faciliate you on a deep journey back home to yourself.

  • Yoga & Somatic Dance

    Yoga is my absolute favourite way to connect to myself and community, and I get to teach it as my job, too! I believe in creating an environment that nourishes and challenges my students, from the inside out.

    I also lead a movement practice that combines movement and dance with the deep restorative rest of Yoga Nidra. Stay tuned for my latest workshops and offerings.
